Background
Five Talents currently supports two microfinance programmes in India located in Chennai and Nagpur. The Chennai programme is linked with the Diocese of Madras and covers coastal areas which suffered in the Tsunami of December 2004. The Nagpur programme works with Community Development Services (CDS) an NGO linked with the Church of North India. Both are overseen by Five Talents' cooperation with the All India Association for MicroEnterprise Development (AIAMED) - a professional consultancy specialising in Indian microfinance schemes.
