Five Talents is a fast-growing and award winning Anglican microfinance charity. We are looking to recruit a Development Director to lead our fundraising activities, helping the charity grow its programmes. We require a candidate with a background in business, finance, fundraising or international development, excellent interpersonal skills, committed to Five Talents’ values.
The post offers considerable scope for using and developing your talents. You will set fundraising strategy, develop current and new relationships with major donors, corporates and trusts; lead overseas visits with donors and manage a Development Officer.
