Philip N. Green
Philip is a Non-Executive Director and Senior Independent Director of Carillion PLC; he is also Non-Executive Chairman of BakerCorp, a Permira owned company in Los Angeles, USA.
Philip was formerly Chief Executive of United Utilities PLC until March 2011. He is an Adviser to the Prime Minister on Corporate Responsibility, a Director of Business in the Community and Chairman of Sentebale - Prince Harry's charity working in Lesotho. Philip's previous positions have included non-executive Director of Lloyds Banking Group Plc, CEO of P&O Nedlloyd Container Line Ltd and Chief Operating Officer at Reuters Group Plc. Philip is involved in various philanthropic activities, particularly in southern Africa.
