What does hope look like?
In our 2025 Impact Report, Voices, it looks like women learning to read for the first time, entrepreneurs growing businesses that can support their families, and communities coming together to build more resilient futures.
Behind every number in this report is a person, a story and a voice. Voices of resilience in the face of conflict and climate change. Voices of creativity, determination and leadership. Voices that remind us that lasting change begins within communities themselves.
Last year, 59,253 people took part in a Five Talents literacy or savings group across rural Africa — the largest number of members we have ever supported in a single year.
We’re incredibly proud to share Voices and celebrate the people and communities at the heart of Five Talents’ work.
