Kericho Impact Report

Five Talents' partnership in Kericho, Kenya, showed what can happen when people are trusted to lead their own change. This evaluation shares what communities themselves say has changed through savings groups, from stronger businesses and more secure families to women stepping into leadership in places where opportunities have often been limited.

Alongside the report, this podcast explores Five Talents’ approach to monitoring, evaluation and learning (MEL), and reflects on what Kericho has taught us about listening well, learning with communities, and understanding impact in ways that go beyond numbers. Together, they offer a look at how locally led savings groups can create lasting change, even in the most marginalised contexts.
