Andrew joined the Board in early 2022 and is now the Treasurer. Andrew’s career started in management consultancy after an MBA at Cornell University. Andrew spent 16 years at Abbey National (now Santander) in roles including Director of Group Planning and Mortgage Marketing Director. In 2005, he changed career and moved into senior fundraising roles, initially at World Vision and then Oxfam. Since 2016 Andrew has been a freelance fundraising consultant and has interimed as Fundraising and Supporter Engagement Director at Christian Aid. His work is mainly with faith-based organisations in international development and other social justice related causes.
Andrew is excited by the transformational development that savings-led microfinance can bring and Five Talents’ proven track record of impact. He brings his fundraising, finance and strategic skills to support the Five Talents team to grow and enable many more families to flourish and lift themselves out of poverty through enterprise.
