Lisha joined the Five Talents Board in 2025. She is currently a Fundraising Coordinator at a global children’s education charity, where she supports donor engagement, event planning, and key stakeholder relations.
She is drawn to the international development sector and is particularly passionate about holistic, inclusive approaches to sustainable development. During her studies at the United Nations University Institute for the Advanced Study of Sustainability and her volunteer work with a charity in Kenya, she developed a deep appreciation for the importance of local contexts and the need for community inclusion and empowerment in shaping sustainable solutions.
Lisha also has experience working in consulting as a Research and Operations Executive at a leading media, entertainment, and sports consultancy. She holds a BA in History from the University of Bristol and an MA in International Relations from King’s College London.
Outside of work, Lisha enjoys singing, DJing, and occasionally dancing!
