Nadine became a trustee of Five Talents in 2025. She is a senior Sustainability and ESG professional with 25 years of experience working across emerging markets including Africa and the Middle East. Her career has focused on developing and leading CSR, ESG and sustainability strategies, building cross-sector programmes, training specialists, and managing complex projects. She is especially interested in aligning private sector initiatives with international standards to drive meaningful impact and value creation in agricultural supply chains and holds a Masters in International Security.
Alongside her professional work, Nadine has spent time volunteering with street children in Mexico and Ethiopia. She also ran her own homeware retail business for 10 years, working with suppliers in emerging economies. She enjoys travelling with her three daughters, sailing, and learning about textiles.
