Sietske van der Ploeg

Sietske is the Chief Impact Officer at The Clean Air Fund.

Prior to joining the Clean Air Fund, Sietske worked in international development for nearly 15 years where she developed specific expertise in youth employment, entrepreneurship and microfinance programming.

Sietske is driven by a desire to create more just and equitable societies and believes the practical, community-led and relational approach of Five Talents is critical in building local resilience and independence.
